We decided to update our entire house and these guys helped us with all of the painting, including our kitchen cabinets. We have to do it in two stages as we having some construction done to our lower level and they were very accommodating to the scheduling of the other contractors.
We were given a team of 5-6 guys and they did great work and we're very detailed. We still have to have them come back once the lower level is done but we're excited to have them back and finish!

We hired K&M Building Services to paint the walls of our garage. Martin came out to give us a free estimate (which was better than two other estimates we had already received) and was able to schedule our project just three days later. Martin and his team worked quickly and did a wonderful job! The garage looks great. They even identified some unexpected damaged spots in the drywall and for an affordable price patched those areas and came back the next day to finish painting. I would highly recommend K&M!

K&M is our cleaning service for our vacation/rental property. Several renters have commented on how clean the house was. One recent renter stated, "The cleaning crew did a fantastic job". We have contacted Martin on short notice and he always comes through for us. We could not ask for better customer service.

Estimate was taken care of the day I called. I had to check with my husband so I let them know on Friday evening by text that we would like the painting done as soon as they could schedule us. Monday they were on the job with an efficient crew. Shortly after lunch, they were finished with light patching and two coats of paint in a living room, hallway, stairway and adjacent entryways. Very courteous. Looks wonderful.

I arranged for k and m to provide a thorough cleaning of a rental space that we are moving out of. The results exceeded my expectations and we had a very good experience working with Martin. The space was spotless when they were finished and it was obvious that they took the time to pay attention to everything on my list. I would recommend this service!

Removed popcorn ceilings and reapplied mud texture to ceilings. They did such a great job we had them paint the house. Martin and his crew were professional and curious and cleaned everything very well. We are so satisfied we are going to have them drywall the garage in the spring. Fantastic job
